Get excited to perform, because what you have to say is important

We talk to Jackie Goddard about the importance of finding your voice, to make sure you can be heard. That can be anything from being a speaker, to social posts or even just going on to Zoom calls.

Let's face it, as a business owner, you even have to be able to communicate to your staff, let alone to your customers. But as a small business owner, you will likely need to be involved with sales, marketing and networking, so now is the time to get into the mindset of saying what needs to be said. We talk about changing your mindset to realise that people need to hear what you have to say.

You have to enjoy yourself and believe in what you are saying.

Nuggeteer of the Week!

We have two Nuggeteers this week. As listeners will know, Jesse and Paul were at Accountex this week. Aimee and Ben Drury were both there too, and took a lot of film and video! Since recording this to say thank you, Aimee has also become a moderator for our streams and built the Newton's Nuggets hotel Discord!

Listen to Nuggets Now!

Listen to Jackie's fantastic interview on Newton's Nuggets wherever you get your podcasts from. Our audience tend to prefer either Spotify or Apple Podcasts, but we are available on pretty much all podcasting platforms.

The winner of our competition, this month's sponsor is Nicky Booton Coaching. Helping women who are survivors of domestic abuse to gain the confidence to make a positive impact into their future.

This isn't really a sponsor as they haven't paid for an advert, it is just a shout out to friends of the show Paul Spicer aka Middle Aged Gamer Guy and Brad Burton with their show Nerdcon! It's at the Arcade club in Bury, on 17th August 2022.
